Digital signing services, digital signature play a special role in promoting digital transformation, and are the first important tools that organizations and individuals must equip in the digitalization process. However, today’s popular forms of digital signature using USB tokens reveal many major disadvantages such as poor compatibility, dependence on device connection ports, lack of mobility and flexibility. Unsuitable for organizations that need to sign large numbers and sign many electronic documents at the same time.

What is QTSP Remote Signing?
Remote signing is understood as the act of an individual digitally signing a document through the online service of a Trusted Service Provider – the party authorized by the signer to manage the key pair. Remote signing needs to ensure that the key pair is under the sole control of the user, only the user can activate the signing key, and the service provider cannot interfere in this process. Users can only digitally sign the device when they prove their identity and are authenticated by the TSP.
Undergoing tests with more than 600 test items evaluated by the European Compliance Inspection Agency, strictly managed, supervised and appraised by the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC), Department of Information Technology – The Government Cipher Committe, and the Ministry of Public Security, Savyint fully complies with remote signing standards according to European regulations eIDAS and Circular No. 16/2019/TT-BTTTT.
QTSP Remote Signing service is the first licensed by the MIC in Vietnam, according to License No. 697/GP-BTTTT, October 28, 2021.
